The match doesn't end when the sun goes down. ACE™ is a pickleball paddle with an LED light strip all around the edge: switch it on with a button, see it on every shot and turn your 9 pm match into the most eye-catching one on the court.
The light is optional. By day, with the light off, ACE is a normal pickleball paddle: you play with it like any other, same weight and same feel. When evening comes, switch it on. Two paddles in one: you choose when. And it works just as well on an indoor court as outdoors.
And it doesn't come alone. The carry bag and the balls are free: 2 balls with the 1-paddle version, 4 balls with the 2-paddle version.
What you get
- 1-paddle version: 1 LED paddle + 1 carry bag + 2 balls + USB-C charging cable
- 2-paddle version: 2 LED paddles of the same color + 1 carry bag + 4 balls + USB-C charging cable
- The bag and the balls are free in both versions
The light
- LED strip all around the head: the paddle glows on every shot
- 20 light modes: steady, breathing, flashing, rainbow gradient and rhythm (according to the manufacturer)
- Rechargeable battery with USB-C charging at the end of the handle; more than 5 hours of light per charge, according to the manufacturer
- Button on the handle to switch on, off and change mode. With the light off, it's a normal paddle for daytime play
- Made for playing at dusk, at night on courts with little light or in a friendly match. The light belongs to the paddle: if the court is completely dark, you still need lighting
The paddle
- Frosted translucent fiberglass face with a honeycomb texture
- Polypropylene honeycomb core (manufacturer's data)
- 39.6 cm (15.6 in) long, 20 cm (7.9 in) wide, 11 mm thick, 13 cm (5.1 in) handle
- About 238 g (8.4 oz)
- White perforated non-slip grip
- Two face colors: blue gradient or pink gradient (visible with the light off)
Who it's for
- Anyone who wants one paddle for playing by day and at night, indoors and outdoors
- People who play after work when the light is fading
- Anyone who wants the paddle everyone looks at on court
- Gifts: it arrives complete and stands out from the moment it's opened
Who it's not for
- Official tournaments: it's a recreational paddle and is not on the USA Pickleball approved list
- Anyone looking for a high-end carbon paddle
- Young children: it's adult size
Use and care
- Charge it with the included cable before first use
- Don't submerge it in water or leave it in the sun inside a closed car
- Keep it in its bag so the face doesn't get scratched
- It has a battery: at the end of its life take it to a recycling point, not the bin
Free tracked shipping, estimated delivery 6 to 9 business days. 14 days to return it unused.

The problem
The light goes and the match is over.
You finish work, get to the court and by eight it's already hard to follow the game. In autumn and winter, the weekday match shrinks to half an hour.
-
1
You lose sight of the paddle
In low light the paddle blends into the background and it's hard to place your shot.
-
2
The clock decides
On weekdays you can only play once it's dark.
-
3
All paddles look the same
Black, grey, with a print. Nobody on court notices yours.
-
4
Giving just another paddle
You want to surprise someone who plays and everything you find looks like what they already have.
A paddle you can see at night gives you more hours of play. And by day, with the light off, it's still a normal paddle: you don't have to choose.
The change
What you get and what changes
It's not a tournament paddle. It's the paddle that makes you want to go out and play even after dark, and it arrives with everything you need.
Before: a paddle like any other
The one everyone looks at
The carry bag, free, holds both paddles. The four balls go beside them.
Before: a gift that misses
A gift that arrives complete
The bag and balls are free. Open the box and you can play.
Recreational paddle: it is not on the USA Pickleball approved list. Battery and light modes are manufacturer's data. Photos are illustrative; materials, size and accessories are as listed.
Two paddles in one
By day, a normal paddle. At night, the one everyone sees.
The light is optional: you switch it on only when you want. Drag to see the same paddle on the same court, off and on.

Inside
How the light works
An LED strip runs all around the edge of the head, under the translucent fiberglass face. It switches on with a button on the handle and charges via USB-C, just like your phone. According to the manufacturer, one charge gives more than 5 hours of light.
With the light off it's a normal paddle: you can play in daylight without switching it on.
- LED strip all around the head
- High-density polypropylene honeycomb core
- USB-C charging, cable included
- Fiberglass face and honeycomb core
Honesty
Is it for you?
We'd rather you don't buy it than have it arrive and be of no use to you.
Yes, if this is you
- You play after work, when the light has gone.
- You want the paddle everyone looks at on court.
- You want an original gift that arrives complete: paddle, balls and bag.
- You want one paddle for playing by day and at night, indoors and outdoors.
No, if you're looking for this
- You play official tournaments: it is not on the USA Pickleball approved list.
- You want a high-end carbon paddle: this one is fiberglass.
- You want a paddle for young children: it's adult size.
If you play official tournaments, you need a paddle from the USA Pickleball approved list. ACE is for playing for fun.
Pickleball
This is how a doubles match is played
Four players, a 13.4 × 6.1 m (44 × 20 ft) court and the ball almost always in play. We filmed it at an outdoor tournament.
The players in the video are not using the ACE paddle: it's here so you can see the pace of the game.
