Refund policy
You have 14 days (EU and UK)
Customers in the EU and the UK have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to withdraw from the purchase, without having to give a reason. This is the right of withdrawal set out in article 102 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which implements EU consumer law. UK customers get the same period.
How to return
- Write to us at info@pasionpickleball.com within the 14-day period, giving your order number and what you want to return.
- We confirm the return address and the steps to follow.
- You send the product. You have 14 more days from when you tell us about the withdrawal to do so.
You can also use the withdrawal form below, although it isn't mandatory.
What condition it must come back in
The product must be unused and in a condition to be resold, with its full original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used in direct contact with the skin if they came sealed and the seal is broken (art. 103.e of RLD 1/2007).
The same applies to food supplements (DINK™ creatine gummies): they can be returned within 14 days only if the bag is unopened. If they arrive damaged or are not what you ordered, we replace them and we pay the return shipping.
Trying the product on to check the size is not a problem. Using it to play is.
Who pays return shipping
Return costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product arrives defective, damaged or does not match what you ordered. In those cases we cover them.
Refund
Once we receive and check the product, we refund the amount by the same payment method you used, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when you notify us of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you prove you have sent it.
If you chose a more expensive shipping method than the standard one, we refund the standard amount.
Defective or wrong product
If the product arrives damaged, defective or is not the one you ordered, write to us with a photo and your order number. We resolve it at no cost to you: replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
Products also carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery.
Size exchanges
We do not handle direct exchanges. If you need another size, process the return and place a new order with the right size.

Orders to the United States and other countries
If your order arrives defective or is not what you ordered, write to us at info@pasionpickleball.com with photos and we cover it: we send you the product again or refund your money, without you having to return the package.
Orders to the United States and to countries outside the EU and the UK do not accept returns for change of mind. The 14-day withdrawal period in this policy applies to orders shipped to Spain, the European Union and the United Kingdom.
