It is unisex and stretchy. If you're between two sizes, write to us with your forearm circumference and we'll tell you which to order.
Slide it up from the wrist until the wide part is centered over the elbow. It should be snug, not cutting: if it leaves a deep red mark or you feel tingling in your hand, it is too small.
You can wear it for the whole match. Take it off afterwards and let your skin breathe.

No hot machine wash, dryer, bleach or fabric softener: softener kills the elasticity of the nylon.

The ARC is a sports compression sleeve: it supports the forearm muscles while you play and spreads the load of the movement better. It is not a medical device and does not treat any condition. If you have a diagnosed epicondylitis, your physiotherapist is in charge.
