Seamless compression knee support, with two side stays and a silicone ring around the kneecap, designed for the move you repeat most at the kitchen line: going down and coming back up.
The stays bend with you on the way down and spring back on the way up, so your knee does not drift inward. The silicone ring wraps around the kneecap and keeps it centered.
With no inner seam there is no chafing behind the knee, which is why it does not roll down even if you bend a hundred times.

It is unisex and stretchy. If you're between two sizes, write to us with your thigh circumference and we'll tell you which to order.
Pull it up from your foot with your leg straight, until the kneecap is centered in the widest part. Then bend a couple of times so it settles.
It should press evenly. If it leaves a deep groove at the top or your calf feels swollen afterwards, the size is too small.
By hand, with cold water and mild soap, after every two or three uses. Dry it in the shade, laid flat.
No hot machine wash, no dryer and no fabric softener: softener destroys the elasticity and the knee support stops holding.

The knee support is 28 cm (11 in) long in all three sizes. What changes is the circumference. Measure above and below the knee, standing with your leg relaxed.

The problem
The point is played at the kitchen line, in a low position, and from there you push out, stop and drop again. A match of an hour and a half is hundreds of deep bends with the leg loaded.
Dropping for the short ball is no longer the problem. The problem is getting back up, and each time it takes a bit longer.
You go down sideways, holding the rail, the day after playing. And you tell yourself it's age.
At the kitchen line you're half crouched all the time. Hundreds of bends per match that nobody counts.
Without noticing you stay upright to avoid bending. And that's where you lose half the low balls.
The day you stop dropping for short balls, your game changes. And you don't choose that day.
The change
It is not an orthopedic knee brace and it won't immobilize anything. It's compression that goes with the knee while you play.
The compression goes with the joint through deep flexion, which is exactly the movement you repeat at the kitchen line. When you stop anticipating the discomfort, you get there sooner.
On the sides it has two stays that bend with you as you go down and return to place as you come up. Your knee doesn't cave inward when you push. And with no inner seam, it doesn't rub behind the knee.
Spreading the load during the match shows most at the end: in the last game you're still going for the short ball instead of watching it go past.

The FLEX is a sports compression knee support: it goes with the joint during the movement. It is not a medical device and does not treat any condition.
That's why we chose a seamless construction. Knee supports that roll up usually have an inner seam that acts as a hinge and works its way down with every bend.
If it still moves, it's almost always because the size is too large. You can exchange it (EU and UK customers: within 14 days).
Measure around the leg above the knee, standing with your leg relaxed. The size chart on the product page also has the measurement below the knee.
