Why do you finish the match with beaten-up feet?
Almost always for the same reason: the insole inside your shoe is designed for a runner's stride, not for what you do on the court.
You move sideways, not forward
A running insole pushes you forward. In pickleball almost everything is lateral: step out, stop and come back, point after point.
You stop short all the time
Every drop shot makes you plant your foot and stop in two steps. That impact comes in through the heel and travels up to the knee.
And the stock insole costs next to nothing
You can spend a fortune on shoes and still have a sheet of foam inside that flattens after half an hour. It's the cheapest link in your whole kit.

The impact of stopping in two steps goes straight into the shoe. The insoles add cushioning where your weight lands.
The support
With nothing, your ankle works alone on every change of direction. With the ankle support, the compression goes along with the movement.

Take out the stock one, put in the STRIDE, and play
There's no other trick. If they run long, trim them along the line at the toe. Then clean them with a damp cloth and let them air dry, never in the washing machine.

What you ask us before buying.
With the STRIDE insoles. They're what most people notice and they fix the weakest link in your kit: the foam sheet that came in your shoe from the factory.
From there, if you notice instability when you change direction, the STABIL ankle support. If your knee feels heavy when you get up from low balls, the FLEX knee support. If your elbow warns you after the match, the ARC sleeve.
And to carry it all to the court, with your paddles in their sleeve, the RALLY backpack.
STRIDE insoles go by foot size, EU 35-36 to 45-46, and can be trimmed if you need to adjust.
The knee support, ankle support and elbow sleeve come in M, L and XL. Measure the circumference of the area with a tape (15 cm / 6 in above the knee, the ankle above the bone, the forearm at its widest part) and compare it with the size chart on each product page.
The RALLY backpack is one size.
Two units of the same product for less than they'd cost separately. For the insoles that's two full sets, meaning two pairs.
For the knee support, ankle support and elbow sleeve it's two pieces: each unit is one, not a pair. Many people get the pack to wear the same support on both legs or to keep one dry while the other is being washed.
The discount is applied when you add the second unit of the same product: you see it in the cart before paying. Shipping is always free, whatever you buy. The 2-pack discount applies in all our markets except the United States.
The RALLY backpack has no 2-pack.
Estimated delivery is 6 to 9 business days from when you confirm your order, preparation included. When the package leaves the warehouse you receive the tracking number by email.
