What size of insole you need
It goes by your European shoe size; UK and US equivalents are approximate and vary by brand. The foot length column is the safest reference, in case you come from a brand that sizes oddly.

Yes. Take the original insole out of your shoe and put the STRIDE in its place. If it's a little long, trim it along the line marked at the toe.
In shoes that already fit very tight, your foot may feel a bit more squeezed for the first few days, because the STRIDE is thicker than the stock insole.
The larger one, always. Insoles can be trimmed along the line at the toe; there's no way to make them bigger.
If you're still unsure, write to us at info@pasionpickleball.com with your size and the brand of your shoes and we'll tell you which to order.
Between 6 and 9 business days from when you confirm your order. We don't give an exact date: it is an estimated window.
When the package leaves the warehouse we send you the tracking number by email. If anything runs past the estimate, we write to you: you don't have to chase us.
EU and UK customers have 14 calendar days from receipt to return them, no questions asked. That is the right of withdrawal set out in law.
They must come back unused and in their packaging. Trying them on at home to check the size is not using them; playing a match with them is. Return shipping is at your expense, unless something arrives defective or wrong. For other countries, see our returns policy.
It depends on how much you play and your weight. The PU base is designed to recover its shape after each session, but like any insole it gradually settles with use.
Our honest recommendation: if you play two or three times a week, check them every season. That's why the 2-pack makes sense.
We won't sell them as something they aren't. The STRIDE are sports cushioning insoles: they spread the impact better and support the arch. They are not a medical device and do not treat any condition.
If you have a diagnosis, your podiatrist is in charge. Custom-made insoles will always be better than catalog ones.

No washing machine or dryer: the gel capsule and the PU base don't take it well.
If you play often, yes. For two reasons: you save money compared with buying two sets separately, and you can alternate them so each pair dries completely between sessions.
It's also what people with two pairs of shoes tend to get: one for the court and one for everyday.
