What these conditions govern
These conditions govern the purchase of products in this shop and are governed by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) and Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE). By placing an order you accept these conditions.
Who can buy
You can buy if you are over 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Orders are shipped to Spain, the countries of the European Union and the other destinations that appear as available at the time of purchase. Food supplements (DINK™ creatine gummies) are shipped only to Spain.
Products
We describe each product with the information supplied by the supplier: material, available sizes, colors and package contents. Photographs are indicative and slight variations in color may exist.
The products are comfort and support sports accessories, gear for carrying equipment and a food supplement (DINK™ creatine gummies). They are not medical devices or medicines, have no medical purpose, do not prevent or cure any disease and do not replace the advice of a healthcare professional or a balanced diet.
Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of the market you are shopping in (euros for Spain and the EU). Prices for customers in the EU include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm the order.
We reserve the right to change prices, but the price in force at the time you place your order will always apply. If we detect an obvious material error in a price, we will tell you and you can confirm or cancel the order at no cost.
How the order is formalized
- You add the products to the cart and go to checkout.
- You enter your shipping and billing details and choose the payment method.
- You confirm the order. That is the moment the contract is concluded.
- You receive a confirmation email with the order details.
We keep an electronic record of the contract and you can ask us for a copy.
Payment methods
You can pay with the methods that appear available on the payment screen, currently card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is handled by Shopify Payments; we do not store your full card details.
Shipping and delivery times
Estimated delivery is 6 to 9 business days from order confirmation, preparation included. You will receive the tracking number by email when the package leaves the warehouse.
Shipping costs are 0 and are covered by us, with no minimum order.
These times are estimates based on the logistics provider's usual operations and may be affected by customs, carrier incidents or periods of high demand. If an order is significantly delayed, we will let you know.
For shipments outside the European Union, we cover import duties and customs clearance fees for the destinations we serve: the total you pay at checkout is the final price and you should not be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier asks you for a payment, write to us and we will refund it.
Right of withdrawal
Customers in the EU and the UK have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw without having to give a reason, under article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. You have all the details in our returns policy, which also explains how returns work for the United States and other countries. Withdrawal is not available for food supplements whose seal has been opened, for health protection and hygiene reasons (article 103.e of RLD 1/2007).
Legal guarantee
Products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under Spanish law (RLD 1/2007 as amended by RDL 7/2021). If the product does not conform, you can ask for its repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear from use, or damage caused by misuse or by not following the washing and care instructions.

Law and dispute resolution
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer you can go to the courts of your place of residence. You can also turn to alternative consumer dispute resolution systems, such as the Spanish Consumer Arbitration Boards (Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo). This does not affect the mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
