Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, with a daily intake of 3 g. Folate contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin D contributes to the normal function of muscles and the maintenance of bones. They also contain biotin, which contributes to the maintenance of hair and skin, and zinc, which contributes to the maintenance of skin, hair and nails.
